While the steps to owning your own Chem-Dry franchise are very simple, following the defined process will be key in determining your eligibility for a franchise license.

1. Complete the Request for Information form by clicking HERE.

2. Within one business day, you will receive a call from a member of the franchise development team to schedule an appointment with a Development Director.  This first call is an important step in addressing equipment packages and defining available territories.

3. Complete the Confidential Questionnaire.  This document will help determine your qualifications as a prospective franchisee.  Completing the Confidential Questionnaire will also allow us to send our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular.

4. Receive and review the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular.

5. Call existing franchisees.  Within the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular, you will receive a list of existing Chem-Dry Franchisees that you may call with questions.

6. Decide on the territory and equipment packages for your area.  Return the appropriate paperwork and deposit to Chem-Dry.

7. Congratulations!  Upon approval, you will receive your franchise documents and New Buyer packages and will be scheduled for the next available training date!
